THE ONE PIECE DECALS ARE NOT COVERED WITH TRANSFER TAPE, BECAUSE THEY SHOULD BE APPLIED USING WATER AND SOAP AND IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO NOT USE TRANSFER TAPE IN SUCH CASES.

We are based in Bulgaria and we using priority mail for postage. We send the stickers the next day after they are purchased using the quickest possible service via Bulgarian Posts! Please note that the post office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
